Wheels Anywhere Ltd provides mobile tyre fitting, repair, and related automotive services across the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Booking and Payment

When you book a service with us, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle and location
Be present at the specified location during the scheduled service time
Pay for services as agreed upon confirmation of the booking
Accept additional charges for services outside standard coverage areas
Pay cancellation fees if applicable (see Cancellation Policy below)

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment:

Free of charge if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
50% charge if cancelled 12-24 hours before the appointment
Full charge if cancelled less than 12 hours before or if you fail to be present

5. Pricing

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Final prices will be confirmed before service delivery.

6. Warranties

All tyres, batteries, and parts come with manufacturer warranties. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of service. Any warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period.

7. Liability

While we take every care in providing our services, Wheels Anywhere Ltd will not be liable for:

Pre-existing damage to your vehicle
Damage caused by factors beyond our control
Indirect or consequential losses
Delays due to weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Ensuring safe access to your vehicle for our technicians
Providing accurate vehicle and contact information
Informing us of any vehicle defects that may affect the service
Following any maintenance recommendations provided

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Wheels Anywhere Ltd and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

10. Changes to Terms
